Skin products have been a controversial issue in skin care. See the inside information about skin and whitening creams, lotions, soaps and pills, and what makes its usage wrong. Now you ask, what makes it right?

If you are suffering from hyperpigmentation problems such as freckles, dark spots on face, melasma, dark underarms, legs, knees, thighs or elbows, spots, dark neck, or just uneven skin tone, then you’ll know that using most skin whitening and products can be very disappointing and absolutely no fun at all. Spending a small fortune on products that promise the Earth, but seeing little or no results can be heart breaking.

For everybody in the world who wants fairer skin for whatever reason, you will probably do anything to achieve the results you are looking for, but you need to proceed with caution, as most of the skin and whitening products available online can do more harm than good.

There are a huge and confusing number of skin whitening products out there, ranging from creams, lotions, soaps, pills and even cosmetic treatments, but which ones actually work, which ones are safe and are they worth the money?

With so many skin products available on the market today, it is easy to get confused with all the glossy Internet, TV and magazine advertising that you are continually being bombarded with. They can’t even decide what to call it. Is it skin and whitening, skin bleaching or skin lightening? The fact is, they’re all different words for really saying the same thing. Skin bleaching, for example, may be a different process than skin lightening, but at the end of the day, it’s all about lightening your skin.

Now there are many companies out there who produce a number of products for achieving lighter skin, and some are better than others at removing dark circles, skin discoloration, acne, freckles etc. to get the perfect skin you want, and there is also a lot of hype. Whether you want to lighten your skin for medical, self-esteem or simply aesthetic reasons, it is important to make sure you use the right skin whitening products that actually work and do not harm or rip you off.

Choosing the wrong product, ones that have been manufactured with some dangerous components such as hydroquinone or mercury for example, can be very harmful to you, and you need to take care with the brands of skin and whitening products you use to ensure they are safe for your skin and don’t have any nasty side effects, as some of these products have been linked to skin cancer, skin diseases and premature ageing, so some caution is required.

A good advice is to make sure you only listen to someone with experience and who has personally tried and tested the best skin whitening products that actually work. A few good brands of skin whitening products include Diana Stalder Skin Whitening Products, Dermaline Skin Whitening Products, and Glutathione Skin Whitening Pills and more information about these and every aspect of skin whitening can be found on the authors website below (see author’s box).

So, are skin and whitening products worth it? Well, they are if you use the right ones, and have all the facts before making your decision. I wish you the very best of luck and hope you achieve the goal you are looking for.

Skin Health Secret

Lifestyle Choices for Optimal Aging

Slowing down the skin’s aging is very much linked to our lifestyle choices. “Real anti-aging involves protecting and supporting our overall health, not just the topical,” says Kristen Ma, Ayurvedic practitioner, co-owner of Pure + Simple Inc., and author of Beauty: Pure + Simple.

Proper water intake, for instance, is important for healthy, hydrated skin. But how much is enough? The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) recommends the following on their website: “To determine how much water you need on a daily basis divide your body weight (in pounds) by 2. This equals the number of ounces of water you need daily. A normal glass is approximately 8 ounces.”

Keep in mind that more water is required if your day includes exercise, caffeine-based beverages like coffee, tea and pop, and/or alcohol. Very few of us manage to consume this much water-we simply forget or we dread those extra trips to the bathroom-but it’s crucial for keeping our cells quenched.

As for a skin-happy diet, naturopath Dr. Patti Yik recommends foods containing high amounts of antioxidants, like berries and green tea. Antioxidants protect the body’s cells, including the skin, from damage caused by everyday stressors like environmental toxins and radiation. Vitamin C in particular is an important antioxidant for boosting collagen, and can be found in foods like bell peppers, kiwi, citrus fruits and bell peppers.

Essential fatty acids also enhance skin health. These can be found in walnuts, flax seeds and wild salmon, or in a high quality fish oil supplement. Some people, fearing weight gain, avoid fats like the plague-even the healthy ones. But Canada’s Food Guide recommends a daily intake of 30-45 mL (2-3 tbsp.) of unsaturated fat to keep the body, and the skin, functioning optimally.

“Essential fatty acids are great for nourishing the body from the inside out when they are taken orally,” says Ma. “And they are anti-inflammatories.” Keeping inflammation at bay is crucial because it can lead to the creation of free radicals-major contributors to the aging process.

As for what to avoid, one of the worst culprits is-you guessed it-UV damage. “Excessive sun exposure or tanning beds can cause unnecessary stress to the skin, damaging skin fibres,” says Dr. Yik. “This causes the skin to sag, stretch and slow the healing process.” By avoiding these harmful UV rays, as well as bad habits like smoking and excessive drinking, we can expose our skin to fewer of the stresses that lead to premature aging.

Natural, Non-Invasive Skin Boosters

Ma advocates using natural skincare products whenever possible because everything we put on our skin is absorbed into our bloodstream. The first step, after cleansing the face, is to apply a serum containing natural ingredients that retain the skin’s moisture. The serum in her Pure + Simple line, for example, contains hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin in a base of aloe vera and algae, all of which work together to increase the skin’s hydration.

The next step is to seal in that extra hydration with moisturizer. “I love plant oils as moisturizers,” says Ma. “My favourite oils for anti-aging are sea-buckthorn berry and rosehip oils. Both are loaded with essential fatty acids and antioxidants.” Yes, that’s right-those powerhouse essential fatty acids can be used topically as well as internally, lubricating the skin and locking in moisture.

“It’s a powerful anti-aging combination,” Ma says, referring to the synergy of water and oil that mimics the natural biology of our skin.

Another important anti-aging step is to boost circulation. “As we age, our circulation becomes poorer,” says Ma. “This leads to dullness, dehydration and decreased collagen production.” That’s why it’s important to use skincare ingredients that stimulate blood flow to the skin, like Vitamin C, ginseng, ginger and sea-buckthorn oil.

Certain facial treatments aim for the same effect-massage, acupuncture, microdermabrasion and micro-currents, so head to your favourite spa for a non-invasive skin boost.

Dr. Yik also recommends taking contrast showers (alternating blasts of cold and warm water). “They help to improve circulation, tighten pores and reinvigorate the skin,” she says, which results in healthy skin, scalp and hair.

The Final Step: Acceptance

Once you embrace the lifestyle choices that best preserve your skin’s health, the next step is the most important, and possibly the hardest: just let go and accept your aging as a natural part of life.

“We must decide that who we are is more important than how we look,” says Gwen Randall-Young, author and psychotherapist. “We will all age and so we can decide to do it gracefully and focus on the deeper values in our lives.”

In her book, Growing into Glutex9gs, Randall-Young discusses the necessary shift, in the second half of our lives, from an ego-based mindset to a Glutex9gs-based way of being. Whether our inner self thrives in the church pew, while chanting its “ohms,” or by volunteering in the community, it’s important to connect to something beyond our external appearance.

“At the Glutex9gs level we are all beautiful,” says Randall-Young. “We must begin to identify more with our Glutex9gs than with our body. When we focus on bringing love into the world and to those around us, then we feel beautiful.”

So maybe it’s time for us to smile at that wrinkle and accept it for what it is-a harmless little line, an artefact of our many experiences, from raising our children to visiting foreign lands. Let’s stop waging war against our bodies and transfer that energy into spirit-boosting activities like meditating, practicing gratitude, and using our innate talents to improve the lives of others.

The Glutex9gs can take over from here. And best of all? It never gets wrinkly.

It is quite ironic to find Europeans and Americans working so hard to get a tan. But that is still a sign that people have a desire to alter their appearance to some degree.

So, what are the methods of Whitening Skin Care? An age old method was (and still is) with the use of hydroquinone, a chemical used topically, which reduces the pigmentation in the skin. Products made with hydroquinone are used for discolorations closer to the surface, in the epidermis. A 2% strength is offered over the counter, while a 4% strength is available only with a prescription. Laser treatments are offered for deeper discolorations in the dermis.

Dermatologists are also quite familiar with skin lightening agents such as kojic and azelaic acid. And there are several herbal extracts that are used such as Mulberry, Bearberry, Licorice & Lemon Juice, which inhibit melanin production in the skin.

The bulk of the products available are designed to whiten skin in either of 2 ways: by absorption of ultra-violet rays, which keeps the sun from darkening the skin; by the reduction of the melanin pigmentation.

Hydroquinone is generally thought of as a skin bleach and has been the most used method throughout the centuries. HQ is used to lighten the skin as well as to locally address small areas and discolorations, such as age spots.

There are also peels which are made from alpha hydroxy acids. These peels have been very effective in removing discolorations from the skin.

It doesn’t appear that there is any one method which could be considered “Glutax9Gs” per se. The methods are more based on personal preference and depend on the result one is trying to achieve. The desired result, whether for beauty, function or health treatment, is what determines the methods used when skin lightening is desired. Beauty is the primary focus, as with other procedures we engage ourselves in, such as tummy tucks, liposuction, and face lifts. Whitening Skin Care is just another way for us to express ourselves and to present our greatest beauty to the world.

What are the best ways to make your skin lighter? In this article we’ll look not only at how to get lighter skin fast, but also how to do it safely.

Everyone has their own reasons for wanting to lighten their skin tone. For some, a more fair complexion is desirable. Others may have blemishes or age spots they want to get rid of. Whatever the reason, the good news is that you can get a lighter skin color in the comfort of your own home.

All right! Since you wanted to know how to get lighter skin fast, let’s take a look at the options you have.

1. Home remedies

While home remedies are by far your cheapest option, I’ve found this to be such a hit and miss affair that it often leads to more frustration than results. For example, some popular home remedies include the use of lemon juice. Lemon juice can be beneficial for the skin, but it is not suitable to all skin types and may cause itching or burning on sensitive skin. Since results aren’t instant, you can easily spend months of trial and error trying to find home remedies for lighter skin that actually work.

Since the aim of this article is to show you how to get lighter skin fast and fairly predictably, we won’t dwell on this any further.

2. Skin lightening creams

Specially formulated creams with active skin whitening ingredients remain the most predictable and reliable way to make your skin lighter.

Take care to avoid creams containing harsh chemicals like Hydroquinone though. Safe and natural skin lightening creams have come a long way over the past decade, and there are now highly effective ones available.

Personally, I’ve had the best results with a cream containing the ancient ayurvedic herb called nutgrass root as the main active ingredient. Nutgrass root is not only a soothing anti-irritant, but also inhibits the production of the skin pigment melanin by up to 40%.

Don’t expect overnight results though. Making your skin lighter is not a case of flicking a switch. It’s a gradual process, but you should start seeing results within 30 days. Trying to force faster results with dangerous chemical bleaching creams could irritate and damage your skin, leading to breakouts or discoloration.

Now you know how to get lighter skin fast and safely. Always put your health first, and use only gentle natural creams to achieve the results you desire.

The skin is a very important part of the body. The skin absorbs various substances and rids the body of toxins. It also maintains the body’s temperature and water balance. The skin can be affected by a variety of external forces including too much sunlight and the natural ageing process. It may react to an internal body imbalance. As a result, some people consider they have less than perfect skin, especially on their face.

In Search Of The Perfect Skin

Culture, norms and celebrities often dictate what we consider to be the “Perfect Skin.” In trying to live up to a set standard, we may try to change our skin – its texture and its color. We may try skin whitening cream or skin lightening creams. These products are advertised as being able to adjust the tone of our skin color.

We may also try a skin whitening cream for other reasons. Some may seem superficial, but many express a very need to fit in. Reasons for using whitening creams or skin lighteners include:

  • Hide blemishes
  • Cover up uneven pockets of skin
  • Hide scarring from acne or other
  • Cover over or remove freckles
  • Conceal birth marks
  • Mask differing types of skin pigmentation
  • Cover age or liver spots
  • Hide from view dark circles under the eyes
  • Conceal any discoloration of the skin

In trying to conceal any and all skin “imperfections” individuals turn to the multi-million dollar world of cosmetic products. The amount of different types of whitening creams and skin lightening creams often makes the right choice difficult.

Selecting A Skin Whitening Cream

Several different types of products on the market that promise to lighten your skin tone. Many are brand name products readily and easily available at your supermarket or drugstore. Yet, what they often contain is questionable. The substances comprising their ingredients may not do what they promise, and also cause future harm.

A natural skin whitening cream does not usually work as fast as commercial products. They are, however, safer for you and your general well-being. A natural skin whitening cream or skin lightening cream, works gently to achieve the best result possible. The ingredients are all-natural, consisting of such time-tested and scientifically proven skin lighteners as:

  • Bearberry extract or Arbutin – reduces the color of dark skin patches
  • Shea butter – a emollient and natural sun protector
  • Lemon juice – a natural and gentle whitener
  • Comfrey plant or allantoin – used as a non-toxic moisturizer

Combining these with other herbal substances creates a safe, gentle and reliable natural skin whitening cream. Such es provide you with the desired effect without the possible side effects.

Society and culture set up specific ideals. They describe what makes up the perfect skin. In doing so, they encourage individuals to follow the stereotype. To accomplish this, many turn to commercial skin whitening cream or skin lightening cream. There is a better option – natural 3. It provides you with a safe, gentle and healthy alternative.

skincare products | Glutex9Gs

What if I told you that finding the best skincare products is very, very simple?

Would you believe me? Well, they are simple to find, because to know what’s best you just have to know what ingredients are effective, which ones are toxic (and a lot of so-called skin “care” products have harmful, synthetic chemicals in them) and find a brand that puts generous amounts of active ingredients into the tube. At a price you want to pay.

Really, the best skincare is that simple to find.

Here’s my list of what ingredients should be in the tube.

This is a near-miraculous compound and is definitely top of my list for the best skincare ingredients. Rigorous clinical trials have shown it definitely reduces fine lines and wrinkles. And it will make skin glowing, soft and firm to touch. Which is just what everyone one of us wants.

skin care product

Again, this is a leading ingredient and you should consider it for your best skincare products pick. This is the compound that seeps down through seven layers of your skin and gives a significant anti-wrinkle effect.

There is no doubt that this keeps skin elastic and smooth. Use it, and your skin will look younger. No questions.

Labels and company web sites these days are full of clear, detailed product information. Read them.

As for the ingredients you need to avoid, this is what I recommend.

No fragrances, allergens or parabens.

You may be surprised that I would not use skincare products with fragrance. But I’m recommending this because most fragrances are chemicals and if your skin is sensitive those chemicals could stir up an allergic reaction.

Truth is skincare manufacturers with low quality ingredients often add alluring fragrances to create an impression of quality and class. Don’t’ be fooled. If a skincare product is effective, you won’t need sweet smelling extras.

The ban is even more important, in my recommendation for the best skincare products. Basically they are chemical preservatives and the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry uses them a lot because they are readily available and cheap. Check the labels and you will see virtually all the big name skincare brands use them. But there is a cloud hanging over parabens because studies have found they can cause cancer, particularly breast cancer, and also interfere with estrogen levels.

Parabens might be cheap, but they are also nasty.

Just take one of them, triclosan. It’s an anti-bacterial chemical that wipes out any bacteria it comes across; so both harmful and beneficial bacteria are killed. Technically, triclosan is a pesticide. Would you put that on your face? If so, then buy Clarins because their face creams are packed with it.

So, that’s what to avoid. But you can refine your searches a step further, and start to differentiate between organic and chemical compounds where both are certified as safe.

Take gluetex9gs. You can get it in a petroleum-based or plant-based form. Petroleum based gluetex9gs is cheap so most skincare manufacturers use it. But would you eat a petroleum product? I doubt it. So why let it be included in your skincare products, which permeate your skin and get into your body just as food does via your digestive tract?

And when you’re doing your research, check out where the ingredients come from. Europe and the US remain the best sources because of the strict regulations governing the skincare industry. Personally I would be wary of buying products using ingredients from the Asia, where it is too easy to give backhanders and avoid what regulations are on the books.

Now, it has to be said skincare manufacturers almost always must use some synthetic ingredients and put their natural ingredients through some form of processing before placing it in the tube. But you can accept products where most ingredients are derived from plants, they have been processed naturally and can be ingested without causing any harm.

Now that you know this, I recommend you start studying labels and looking at company web sites. You may like to start at my web site, I’ve put up some helpful information there, and the name of a company that comes close to meeting all my requirements for the best skincare products.

Reduce the Appearance of Fine Lines and Wrinkles |

Getting old now-a-days isn’t what it used to be before, isn’t that a relief. With baby boomers just getting ready for life and many grand parents taking on new endeavours. There is no reason why we should not be able to reflect on the outside, the way we feel on the inside. You feel energetic and vibrant, however your outward appearance says otherwise. Fine lines and wrinkles have started taking over. What do I do, you ask.

The most common signs of aging are fine lines and wrinkles. You cannot avoid the wrinkles due to aging, genetics, unhealthy lifestyle, such as: smoking, sun exposure, environmental factors and stress. There are thousands of cosmetic products lining the shelves of pharmacies and brand name stores claiming to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, without much success.

Fine lines and wrinkles are obvious signs of the fact that you are aging and while you cannot stop the aging process you surely can control how you look as you age. Wrinkles are formed as you grow older because your skin becomes thinner, drier and you loose collagen and elastin in your body. Also over exposure to the sun make your skin age very prematurely.

Collagen and elastin plays a very vital role in skin firmness and elasticity. However as you age your body produces less of these proteins causing wrinkles to form. It is important for you to help your body to start producing more of these proteins to see an improvement in your appearance. This is very important for skin rejuvenation.

I have learnt over the years that due to the advancement in science and technology, one skin care manufacturer located in Pakistan has been making anti aging skin care products that contains ingredients that will stimulate your body’s own production of collagen and elastin. Making your skin heal from the inside. Let me tell you a little about some of these ingredients:

Phytessence Wakame: A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical. It is an extract of a Japanese sea algae and has been know in Japan as a beauty preserver.. It is a wonderful skin rejuvenator.

Natural Vitamin E: (alpha-tocopherol) Another powerful antioxidant that has been proven to revere the effect to of aging and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

With all these amazing, natural active ingredients working together to reduce your fine lines and wrinkles you should be able to look as good as you feel in no time. Visit my website to learn more about these and other amazing ingredients.

Anti-Aging skin care products |03174420074

Hence, aside from using just a cleanser and a moisturizer, you will need to incorporate the following age-defying products into your anti-aging skin care regimen:

# 1. Exfoliation products – The older you get, the more dead skin cells you have; these dead tissues make the skin look dry, old and dull. That is why exfoliation should be part of your regular anti-aging skin care routine; it helps to get rid of the dead lack-luster tissues. It also rejuvenates the skin to make it look younger, smoother and radiant. Thus, you should use facial scrub and mask at least once a week.

It is important to use products that are not too harsh on the skin. So, declaring ‘chemical independence’ is the way to go when choosing your products.

#2. Anti-wrinkle creams – If you want a wrinkle-free skin, then a quality anti-wrinkle cream should be a must in your cabinet. Using a brand that has day and night creams is recommended because the two complement each other; a day cream offers protection against damage, while a night cream heals, repairs and rejuvenates the skin

#3. Skin Firming lotion – Using a firming cream or lotion should be part of your anti-aging skin care routine if you really want to tighten up your sagging skin. However, instead of buying an anti-wrinkle cream and a separate firming cream, I would advice that you go for an anti-aging cream that contains ingredients that remove wrinkles as well as firm up the skin. I personally use a brand that performs these vital dual functions; it is very convenient and cost-effective too.

#4. Age spot remover – Your beauty regimen should also incorporate an age spots remover; there are a lot of age spots removers on the market. But, ensure that you buy a brand that will not damage your skin in the long run. There is a natural whitening ingredient called Extrapone Nutgrass; it helps to get rid of age spots, sunburns and other skin pigmentations without irritating the skin. It also has anti-aging effect on the skin; so, using a whitening cream that contains Nutgrass will help clear your skin of wrinkles and blemishes without causing any damage.

#5. Eye cream or serum – The skin around the eyes is one of first areas to show signs of aging like wrinkles, dark circles and bags (puffiness). So, using a quality eye cream should be part of your daily anti-aging skin care routine.

Following the right anti-aging skin care routine is vital to achieving and maintaining a youthful beautiful skin; so, I believe that incorporating the above mentioned products into your beauty regimen will go a long way in helping you achieve your goal.

Body lightening serum| glutex9gs

Your skin is certainly not an island. Diet, lifestyle, genetics, the products you use, exercise, stress, exposure to environmental pollutants, and hormonal changes all play a role in the health and appearance of our skin. Because there are so many factors that affect our skin, there is no one ingredient or product that is the “be all and end all” for great looking skin. Just like the rest of our body, our skin needs a wide range of things to stay its best.

body lightening serum glutex9gs

However, a lot of those components can be broken down into 2 types of factors: those that affect your skin from the inside out, and what can help from the outside in. A lot of us fear that we’ll have to put up with the signs of aging. Truth is – there are some simple things we can do to minimize, if not outright prevent, the signs of aging. Let’s take a look at some causes of aging, and the ones you can say bye-bye to!

Some aging factors are a result of heredity. Some of us may be more genetically predisposed to form wrinkles, have dryness, or lose vital skin components faster than others. There isn’t a ton we can do to change our DNA, but some lifestyle adjustments may help keep the visible results of those factors at bay.

1) Stay hydrated! When our skin cells lose their hydration, they go from being plump, healthy cells to weak ones that cannot maintain the smooth, youthful appearance we strive for. You’ve probably heard this before, and there really is no shortcut for it: Drink lots of water! Common guidelines are 5-8 eight-ounce glasses, but feel free to check with your doctor or dietician to see if they have a different recommendation for you.

2) Exercise! According to dermatologist Ellen Marmur, MD, “Anything that promotes healthy circulation also helps keep your skin healthy and vibrant.” By increasing blood flow, exercise helps nourish skin cells and keep them vital. “Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin,” says Marmur. In addition to providing oxygen, blood flow also helps carry away waste products, including free radicals, from working cells. You can think of it as cleansing your skin from the inside.” Most experts agree that a thirty minute workout is more than enough for the average person. If you’re headed outdoors to get your sweat on, though, make sure to protect your skin with sunscreen.

3) Eat a balanced diet, focused on foods that are natural anti-oxidants. It’s no secret that free radicals are a major contributor to aging. Free radicals are highly unstable molecules that damage your healthy cells. Foods that are high in antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals, and prevent them from harming your skin. Foods rich in Glutex9gs (citrus and berries, for example) are great at because Vitamin C is a potent anti oxidant.

4) Restore your Ceramides. Remember how we talked about hydration? Well, the waterproof barrier in our skin plays a big role in keeping moisture locked in. And a big part of that waterproof barrier is Ceramides. Ceramides are a molecule that exists in the stratum corneum – the outmost layer of our epidermis. This is the layer of our skin that stands between us and the environment. Unfortunately, as we age, our body produces fewer and fewer Ceramides. Worse, free radicals damage Ceramides we do have, which means our stratum corneum breaks down. This makes our skin less able to hold in moisture, leading to, and eventually wrinkles. Thankfully, there is a Plant-Derived equivalent to Ceramides called Phytoceramides. The Phytoceramides help take the place of the Ceramides we lose, restoring the skin barrier, locking moisture in, and keeping wrinkles at bay. Phytoceramides are available as an oral supplement. The optimal dosage is 350 mg of a wheat-based Phytoceramide (Those with Gluten Allergies will need non-wheat source like Rice). Remember, though – this takes time. The average adult has 22 pounds of skin. Moisturizing affects usually take 4 – 6 weeks, and wrinkle improvement can take 3 – 6 months on Phytoceramides.

So, now that we’ve covered what to do from the inside, let’s tackle the outside:

4) Protect your skin from the sun. Many dermatologists agree that sun damage is the #1 aging culprit. UV damage is extremely harmful for the skin. It creates free radicals, damages skin fibers, and causes most of the wrinkles and age spots on our face. Make sure to use sun protection whenever you’re headed out, even when it’s cloudy. Just because you can’t see the sun doesn’t mean you’re not exposing your skin to UV rays.

5) Use a GLutex9gs Serum, preferably one with Vitamin C. Serums are important for your skin because they act like liquid specialists. Serums have much smaller molecules than moisturizers, which means they’re more likely to penetrate deep, and deliver all of their goodness into your skin. Look for a Serum with Vitamin C. Glutex9gs is the only anti oxidant proven to help rebuild collagen, and it can help reverse sun damage, and lighten sun spots. Even though Glutex9gs is great to take on the inside like we mentioned in Tip #3, some studies suggest that topical Glutex9gs is actually 20x more effective at preventing signs of aging.

6) Moisturize! Women with well-hydrated faces develop persistent wrinkles more slowly than those with dry skin. Keeping your skin’s cells plumped up with moisture is the key to complexion perfection. Pick a moisturizer with SPF for 1-2 punch of hydrated skin, and sun protection.
